The hotel now accepts pets.

I was charged a $50 deposit that I never received back, despite the condition of the room being clean. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive about my concerns regarding noise levels from nearby rooms. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, as I had to wipe down surfaces myself due to the lack of proper housekeeping.

Everything was great, favourable location near restaurants as well as Texas, wonderful experience. I asked for a double room with central heating, flat-screen television and a refrigerator, it was spacious. Garden view was a nice bonus. Every staff member was respectful and personable. I liked staying here.

The room was freshly remodeled and impeccably clean. The highlight was the step-in shower with a rain head and two horizontal shower heads, such a fantastic way to start the day! The check-in process was swift and friendly.

The bed was a bit hard, and the covers felt thin.

The highlight was definitely the spacious step-in shower with a rain head! The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, the bed was harder than I expected, which affected my comfort during the night. The breakfast could also use improvement-only a few basic items were available.

Great location for a quick stop. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. The highlight for me was the spacious step-in shower with a rain head-definitely the best feature! The bed felt hard was nice. I also think the breakfast choices were lacking. Just some cereal and a few pastries. It had its charms with the decor was great.

During our honeymoon trip, crystal inn really exceeded my expectations! The freshly remodeled room was super clean and the step-in shower was amazing. After a long drive, it was such a perfect travel stop.
